Arrival

Guests are kindly requested to arrive between 4:00–4:15 PM.

Ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour, reception, and formal dinner.

Attire: Formal

For men, a suit in any color is recommended.

For women, a floor-length dress is recommended.

Adults Only, Please!

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the evening!

Parking & Transportation

Ample on-site parking will be available for guests.

Shuttle transportation will be provided to the venue prior to the ceremony and will return to the Aloft Hotel after the reception. Please RSVP "Yes" if you plan to use the shuttle, as accommodations will be made accordingly.

Kindly be outside the hotel lobby by 2:45 PM for a 3:00 PM departure. Shuttles will depart between 10:00–10:15 PM following the reception.

Please note that the venue is located in a rural area and rideshare services are not available.
